Axial C+ CTPA

There is excellent contrast opacification of the pulmonary arterial vasculature. No pulmonary artery filling defect is identified. No signs of right heart strain are evident.
The heart and great vessels are normal. No pericardial effusion. No hilar or mediastinal lymphadenopathy. The lungs are clear. No pleural effusion.
14mm hepatic segment 4A low density lesion - likely a cyst and stable since the MRI from 2 years prior.
