No filling defects, no perfusion defects on the iodine map. No other pathology. Note streak artifacts in the ascending aorta due to concentrated iv. contrast agent in the adjacent brachiocephalic vein.

Dual-energy CT can provide added value by providing reconstructed iodine maps, which makes smaller perfusion defects of the lung easier to appreciate.
