Normal elbow series - pediatric

Presentation

Landed on right side during fall. Now complaining of right elbow pain.

Patient Data

Age: 8 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

There is no fracture, dislocation or other acute bony abnormalities. There is a subcentimeter osseous density near the tip of the olecranon likely reflecting a ossification center given the patient's age (CRITOE). There is no joint effusion.

This is a normal radiographic elbow series (AP, oblique, lateral) in a pediatric patient.
