Landed on right side during fall. Now complaining of right elbow pain.

There is no fracture, dislocation or other acute bony abnormalities. There is a subcentimeter osseous density near the tip of the olecranon likely reflecting a ossification center given the patient's age (CRITOE). There is no joint effusion.
