Presented with right sided conductive hearing loss. Left ear which is shown here was normal.

Oblique axial CT image through the temporal bone shows normal longitudinal course of the left Eustachian tube. 

Case Discussion

The Eustachian tube connects the tympanic cavity with the nasopharynx and has a bony lateral one third and cartilaginous medial two thirds.
