Dislocated and relocated during rugby

Patient Data

Age: 20-25 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

No fracture. Alignment is normal. Soft tissue swelling of the 2nd finger. Gas in the ulnar aspect of the MCP joint soft tissues suggest an open injury.
