Presentation

Painful left knee after fall from school.

Patient Data

Age: 6 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

The knees are unremarkable without fracture, dislocation, or other acute bony abnormalities. There are no suprapatellar effusions.

This is a normal radiographic knee series (AP, oblique, lateral) in a pediatric patient.
