Bilateral knee pain, swelling, and inability to bear weight. History of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. Evaluate for effusion/arthropathy.

The osseous structures of the bilateral knees are unremarkable without a joint effusion, fracture, dislocation, or other bony abnormalities. There are no obvious subcortical cystic changes or erosions.
