.The CT scan demonstrates a long thin-walled pelvic appendix. The appendiceal tip is well-visualized in right pararectal region (mid rectal third) with no periappendiceal fat stranding or adjacent fluid collection.
Otherwise normal abdominopelvic CT exam.
