The alignment of the lumbar spine is normal with vertebral bodies keeping their normal height and marrow signal.
The intervertebral discs keep their normal signal and height.
The conus terminates at the inferior aspect of L1 and has a normal appearance.
The paraspinal tissues are unremarkable.
Case Discussion
