Right upper quadrant pain and deranged LFTs. Normal ultrasound examination.

Normal MRCP

No filling defects identified within the intrahepatic or extrahepatic biliary tree. The common bile duct measures 7 mm and although slightly enlarged, tapers smoothly to the ampulla where a normal sized pancreatic duct is demonstrated. No intrahepatic biliary duct dilatation. The gallbladder is distended. The liver is not cirrhotic and there are no regions of fatty infiltration. No peripancreatic fluid collections. The spleen and kidneys are grossly normal.
Conclusion
No evidence of choledocholithiasis or cholelithiasis. Slightly dilated CBD (7mm) down to the ampulla.
