Presentation

Reduce right hearing associated with tinnitus and vertigo

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female

No focal brain parenchymal lesion. Grey and white matter junction differentiation is normal. No hydrocephalus. Both internal auditory meati (IAM) and canals are symmetrical. No focal lesion at or around both cerebellopontine angles and IAM. Cerebellum is normal. Bilateral facial and vestibulocochlear nerves are symmetrical and not thickened. The nerves are coursing normally in both IAM. Both cochlear and semi-circular canals are symmetrical with normal appearance. The Meckel's caves are normal.
