Reduce right hearing associated with tinnitus and vertigo
Patient Data
No focal brain parenchymal lesion. Grey and white matter junction differentiation is normal. No hydrocephalus. Both internal auditory meati (IAM) and canals are symmetrical. No focal lesion at or around both cerebellopontine angles and IAM. Cerebellum is normal. Bilateral facial and vestibulocochlear nerves are symmetrical and not thickened. The nerves are coursing normally in both IAM. Both cochlear and semi-circular canals are symmetrical with normal appearance. The Meckel's caves are normal.

T2 SPACE ISO is a sequence used for high-resolution images, especially to visualize the facial and vestibulocochlear nerves in the cerebellopontine angle region. T2 SPACE ISO is specific for Siemens MRI machines. Other names include CUBE (for GE), VISTA (for Philips), isoFSE (for Hitachi), and 3D MVOX (for Canon).
