The tibia and fibula show no definite abnormal marrow signal with intact cortex.

No abnormal signal is seen in the region of the surface marker.

The muscles are normal in size without abnormal signal intensity.

The neurovascular bundles are intact.

There is no thickening of the myofascial planes.

No soft tissue swelling appreciated.

Signal intensity and thickness of the subcutaneous tissues are within normal limits.
