Presentation

Numbness both lower limbs.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female

Whole spine

Spinal alignment is preserved. Vertebral bodies and intervertebral discs are normal. Normal signal intensity of the vertebral bone marrow. Spinal cord is homogenous and normal signal intensity. No abnormal enhancement post contrast. No cord expansion. Conus medullaris ends at L1/L2 level.
