Presentation

Road traffic accident, pedestrian vs car. Traumatic aortic injury stented ? neck vessel injury.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
ct

No vascular injury to the carotid or vertebral arteries on either side. The dural venous sinuses appear normal. Normal circle of Willis and arch anatomy. The recently inserted thoracic aortic stent proximal margin is just distal to the origin of the left subclavian artery. The ETT, right subclavian CVL and nasogastric tubes are well-positioned.
