Axial T1

The nasopharynx is symmetrical without definite discrete infiltrating mass lesion. The parapharyngeal spaces are maintained. The retropharyngeal and masticator spaces are unremarkable. The oropharynx, hypopharynx, larynx, thyroid, submandibular and parotid glands are normal. The carotid-jugular complex on both sides is undisturbed. No definite evidence of enlarged lymph nodes although few subcentimeter lymph nodes are seen in both sides of the neck. The airway is patent and midline in location. The visualized paranasal sinuses and both mastoids are clear. No abnormal bone marrow changes are appreciated.
