Mild bilateral perihilar bronchial wall thickening. No collapse or consolidation. Extra thoracic trachea is noted to be deviated to the left likely secondary to expiratory film.
Case Discussion
Buckling of the extrathoracic trachea is common in children under 2 years old and shouldn't be mistaken for pathology. Intrathoracic trachea however should not be deviated in children.
