Normal flow in the venous sinuses on the inflow IR SSFP noncontrast MRV sequence. No focal lesion or other pathology.
Case Discussion
While in acute cases CT MRV remains the mainstay in the diagnosis of intracranial venous thrombosis noncontrast MR venography is a fast and increasingly used adjunctory tool, especially when the suspected pathology warrants an MRI on its own.
