The lateral and third ventricles are disproportionately large for the degree of age related involution. The temporal horns are wide measuring 1 cm.
Acute callosal angle (67 degrees).
The sulci are more effaced at the vertex compared to the rest of the brain.
Confluent periventricular T2 change in the periventricular white matter.
