Presentation

Non specific shoulder pain.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

AC joint alignment preserved. No significant arthritic changes. The sub acromial space is maintained. No suggestion of bursitis.

The biceps tendon appears intact and located within the bicipital groove. The subscapularis tendon appears intact. The supraspinatus tendon and infraspinatus tendon appear intact. The rotator cuff muscle bellies demonstrate mild fatty streaks but no significant bulk atrophy.

The glenohumeral joint is anatomically located. No full-thickness chondroplasty detected. No labral tear detected. A sublabral foramen is noted in the superiorly. The axillary pouch is intact with no imaging suggestion of capsulitis.

IMPRESSION

No structural abnormality detected. No rotator cuff tear detected. No labral tear detected. The AC joint maintains expected appearance.
