Fall, shoulder pain. ?dislocation ?bony injury

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

The glenohumeral joint is congruent.  Normal alignment of the AC joint.  No displaced fracture.  No rotator cuff calcification.

Case Discussion

Additional to joint alignment and fractures, shoulder radiographs should be assessed for rotator cuff calcification, as it can present with acute shoulder pain.
