No acute fracture is identified in the thoracic or lumbar spine. Non-specific sclerotic change in T4 vertebral body. No acute fracture is identified in the partially imaged ribs. The partially imaged thoracic and abdominal viscera are unremarkable within limits of a non-contrast study. Hyperdense small central focal disc protrusion and T8/9 minimally indents the theca. It is not definitely calcified and is of indeterminate age. It may be acute, but does not compress the cord. No associated fractures at this level.
