Normal wrist arthrogram

Tennis player with anatomical snuff box pain, clinically diagnosed as a TFCC tear.

Patient Data

Age: 35
Gender: Male
Modality: Fluoroscopy

Fluoroscopic arthrogram was performed with injection of 2 ml iodinated contrast and 2 ml saline There was no leakage of contrast through the scapholunate and/or lunotriquetral ligaments into the midcarpal space or through the TFCC to distal radioulnar joint (DRUJ). Further study with MRI was arranged but the patient refused.
