The bilateral zygomatic arches and lateral walls of the bilateral maxillary sinuses are intact. No displaced facial bone fracture is seen. No soft tissue or air-fluid level is in the visualized paranasal sinuses.
Orbital margins are intact. No intraorbital emphysema.
