There is narrowing (axial, sagittal) of the central left renal vein as it courses between the superior mesenteric artery and the aorta with reflux of contrast into the mildly distended left gonadal vein.

Case Discussion

This is a case of suspected "nutcracker syndrome", where there is compression of the central left renal vein as it courses between the superior mesenteric artery and aorta.
