Obstructing renal calculus

There is a 6 mm left mid ureteric obstructing calculus with associated proximal ureteric dilatation, pyelocalyectasis and marked periureteric and perinephric fat stranding. The calculus is at the level of the L4/5 intervertebral disc.
No other renal calculi are demonstrated.
There is a large exophytic renal cortical cyst projecting from the lateral margin of the interpolar region of the left kidney.
Sigmoid diverticular disease, and a para-esophageal hiatus hernia are noted.
