Mild prominence to the lateral ventricles, 3rd ventricle and normal appearances to the aqueduct and 4th ventricle.

Both lateral ventricles and the third ventricle are distended. Fenestration of the septum pellucidum. On the sagittal images there are two low T2 intensity bands across the cerebral aqueduct.
Case Discussion
CSF studies (not shown) also demonstrated no visible flow through the cerebral aqueduct. Webs of the cerebral aqueduct are one of the many causes of obstructive hydrocephalus.
