Non-communicating hydrocephalus, with dilated lateral and third ventricle, but normal fourth ventricle. No transependymal edema. The calvarium is slightly thinned and scalloped, in keeping with a long-standing hydrocephalus.
No intra or extra axial hemorrhage. No evidence of acute ischemia. The basal cisterns are normal. No calvarial or base of skull fracture.
