Left renal colic with history of urolithiasis

Patient Data

Age: Adult
Gender: Male

Left renal moderate hydronephrosis with dilated ureter through its whole course , the dilated ureter is obviously seen crossing over the iliac vessels in the left iliac fossa region , the terminal ureter shows impaction of alarge stone with strong posterior acoustic shadowing
