Aplastic right transverse sinus and hypoplastic left transverse sinus with persistent bilateral occipital sinuses.
Case Discussion
Occipital sinus is the smallest of the dural venous sinuses. It may be solitary, duplicated, or composed of a mesh of venous collaterals. It's usually associated with absent/hypoplastic transverse sinuses.
