Presentation
Collision of an object with the left eye and sudden blurred vision.
Patient Data

There is left eye cornea, anterior chamber, and lens tear with preseptal and conjunctiva soft tissue swelling. No gross dense foreign body can be seen. Note the increased density within the collapsed anterior chamber that is due to haemorrhage.
Case Discussion
Sudden blurred vision or vision loss succeeding the eye trauma usually indicates significant eye injury and/or penetrating the foreign body, the probability of metallic foreign body contraindicates the MRI and MDCT of the orbit is the imaging modality of choice and indicated afterward.
