There are right eye cornea and uveoscleral layer tear with choroidal detachment and hemorrhage, preseptal soft tissue swelling, and low width ONs.
Fluid in PNS is seen.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the non-contrast MDCT features of ocular globe tear and associated choroidal detachment and hemorrhage which has an unfavorable prognosis.
