Ocular choroidal detachment

Right eye cornea, uveo-scleral layer and lens tear with vitreous body hemorrhage and choroidal hemorrhagic detachment in both nasal and temporal sides of the globe are seen. Preseptal and lacrimal gland soft tissue swelling is also noted.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the typical non-contrast MDCT features of ocular globe rupture complicated by choroidal hemorrhagic detachment. The choroidal detachment worsens the outcomes.
