There is a small dense foreign body with metallic artifacts within the right eye cornea. Thick mucosa in maxillary sinuses and right eye exodeviation are noted.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the non-contrast MDCT feature of a small dense foreign body with metallic artifacts penetrated within the ocular cornea which is a relatively rare occurrence.
