A deeply penetrated dense foreign body with metallic artifact within left eye posterior vitreous body and related uveo-scleral layer and with focal vitreous hemorrhage, cornea, and uveo-scleral layer tear are seen.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the non-contrast MDCT feature of the ocular metallic foreign body deeply situated within the posterior vitreous body. The major complication of the ocular foreign body is endophthalmitis.
