A penetrated small dense foreign body within right eye anterior chamber nasal side and preseptal swelling and both eyes temporal deviation are seen.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the non-contrast feature of dense foreign body within ocular anterior chamber. The major complication of the ocular foreign body is endophthalmitis.
