The left eye temporal deviation and small dense foreign body within the left eye anterior nasal uveo-scleral layer and preseptal and lacrimal gland soft tissue swelling are seen.

Case Discussion

The case illustrates the non-contrast MDCT feature of the ocular foreign body penetrated within the anterior nasal uveo-scleral layer. The main complication of an ocular foreign body is infection 1.
