A penetrated linear dense foreign body within the left eye anterior chamber nasal side is associated with cornea and lens tear.
Fracture deformity also is noted in the right orbital medial wall.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the non-contrast MDCT features of the ocular foreign body located within the anterior chamber. One of the serious complications of the ocular foreign body is infection.
