3 mm metallic foreign body is projected over the superior aspect of the right orbit.

Case Discussion

Screening for metallic foreign bodies with plain radiography has a sensitivity of ~80%. Intraocular ferromagnetic foreign bodies have the potential to move and cause ocular damage.
