There is a penetrated dense foreign body with metal artifact within the right eye cornea, anterior chamber, and lens and tear of the lens and cornea. Fluid in some paranasal sinuses is also seen.
Case Discussion
The case is a 40-year-old male with a history of collision of foreign body with the right eye came to the emergency room and orbital MDCT requested, dense foreign body with metal artifact penetrated within right eye cornea, anterior chamber and lens were found. In many clinical situations suspected foreign body MRI is contraindicated.
