Left eye cornea, uveo-scleral layer, and lens tear with penetrated dense foreign body within the inferior nasal uveo-scleral layer and adjacent vitreous body and preseptal and soft tissue swelling are seen.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the non-contrast MDCT feature of a dense ocular foreign body penetrated within the vitreous body and related uveo-scleral layer. One of the major complications of ocular foreign body is infection and endophthalmitis.
