Facial trauma and right orbital pain and right eye decreased visual acuity.

Right eye cornea and uveo-scleral layer tear and preseptal and lacrimal gland soft tissue swelling are seen. The lens is visualized incompletely/poorly presumably due to trauma and edema.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates non-contrast MDCT feature of ocular globe rupture. There is no obvious foreign body. The inability to visualize the native lens should not be immediately dismissed are being due to prior cataract surgery but rather possibly indicative of lens trauma and edema resulting it being isoattenuating to surrounding vitreous humor 1. An ophthalmological review is required.
