Presentation

Facial trauma and suddenly decreased visual acuity of the left eye.

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Female
ct

Left eye cornea, lens, and uveo-scleral layer tear and preseptal and lacrimal gland soft tissue swelling are seen.

Case Discussion

The case illustrates the non-contrast MDCT features of ocular globe rupture which is one of the major ophthalmology emergencies and has usually a poor prognosis.
