Presentation
Facial trauma and left orbital pain, and suddenly lost left eye visual acuity.
Patient Data

Left ocular globe rupture and vitreous and choroidal haemorrhage, orbital floor and medial wall blow-out fracture with inferior rectus muscle and orbital fat herniation within the fracture gap, caudal displacement of the medial rectus muscle, and nasal wall and maxillary sinus wall fractures are seen. Haemorrhages within the left maxillary and ethmoid sinuses are seen. Preseptal and postseptal soft tissue emphysema, swelling, and haemorrhage are also noted.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the rare concomitance of ocular globe rupture and vitreous and choroidal haemorrhage, orbital floor and medial wall blow-out fracture, nasal wall fracture, and inferior rectus muscle and orbital fat herniation within the fracture gap and caudally displaced medial rectus muscle.
