A penetrated dense foreign body within left eye anterior vitreous body adjacent to lens posterior margin and with cornea, uveo-scleral layer, and lens tear and foci of hemorrhage and gas bubbles within the vitreous body and preseptal swelling and left eye temporal deviation are seen.

The case illustrates non-contrast MDCT features of ocular globe rupture and vitreous body hemorrhage due to penetrating dense foreign body within the vitreous body.
