Presentation

Facial trauma and suddenly decreased visual acuity of the right eye.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
ct

Right eye cornea and lens tear, lens subluxation,  and decreased density of lens are seen. No obvious fracture is seen.

Case Discussion

The case is a rare occurrence of ocular cornea and lens tear with lens subluxation without any obvious or gross orbital bone fracture.
