Involutional brain changes.
Bilateral hyperdense artificial ocular prosthesis.
Case Discussion
The patient is blind with a history of bilateral oculoplasty. Both ocular prostheses are seen as high-density rounded structures replacing both globes. Over there are the glass prosthetic eyes, seen as a concave 'shell'. The optic nerves and extraocular muscles have preserved anatomical appearance.
