Axial non-contrast

Right eye cornea, anterior chamber, and uveo-scleral layer and lens tear with foci of vitreous body hemorrhage, and preseptal and lacrimal gland soft tissue swelling and left eye no native lens are seen. Thick mucosa in paranasal sinuses and relatively dilated third and lateral cerebral ventricles are seen.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the typical non-contrast MDCT features of ocular globe rupture and vitreous body hemorrhage. The ocular globe rupture with vitreous body hemorrhage has a worse prognosis.
