Presentation
Screening for orbital wall fracture after facial trauma and the left eye posterior staphyloma was incidentally found.
Patient Data

Focal thinning and outward bulge of left eye posterior central uveo-scleral layer with depth up to 5.6 mm and width up to 10.8 mm are seen which is in optic disc anatomic region. Note also the displaced fracture of right zygoma arch. A small retention cyst in sphenoid sinus is seen.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the typical left eye posterior uveo-scleral layer staphyloma which is considered a hallmark of pathologic high-grade myopia in some studies. The staphyloma can spontaneously rupture and lead to ocular hypotony 3.
