Ocular trauma with cornea and lens tear

There are right eye cornea tears and lens tears with swelling and decreased density of the lens. A hemorrhage is also seen in the anterior chamber of the right eye.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates that ocular blunt trauma can cause cornea tear and increased size and decreased density of the lens without any ongoing foreign body that indicates capsular and interstitial tear of the lens.
