An expansile cystic lesion with scalloped corticated borders and multiple internal bony septations in anterior aspect of mandible with involvement of the alveolar ridge particularly on the left side.
Features on CT scan are most likely consistent with odontogenic keratocyst (OKC), which is a benign cystic lesion involving the mandible or maxilla and is believed to arise from dental lamina.
